Udhaar ledger

Udhaar for regulars and office accounts, out of the diary

TajerGo records credit against the customer on the bill that created it, ages every balance and shows khata outstanding on the owner dashboard. Part payments and settlements land on the same customer record. Khata is part of the Free plan.

Schematic: a customer balance ticks down as repayments are recorded

Step by step

How it works

  1. Put the bill on udhaar

Choose the customer at settlement; the balance carries the order that created it.

  2. Set limits for accounts

A corporate account that settles monthly gets its own credit limit and approval.

  3. Age every balance

Balances are grouped by how long they have been open, so old tabs stand out.

  4. Record repayments

Cash, card or UPI repayments reduce the balance and stay on the customer history.

Frequently asked questions

Is the udhaar ledger free?

Yes. Khata is part of Free at ₹0 for one active branch.

Can an unpaid table be told apart from a cash shortfall?

Yes. Udhaar is a tender of its own, so the shift close shows credit given separately from cash counted.
