Effective 9 September 2026Entity TAJERGO A I TECHNOLOGIES - L.L.C - S.P.CService model UAE company serving India cross-border

This India Privacy Notice explains how TAJERGO A I TECHNOLOGIES - L.L.C - S.P.C ("TajerGo", "we", "us", or "our") handles digital personal data when we offer the TajerGo website and Services to people and businesses in India.

TajerGo is an Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates company. We do not claim an Indian company, registered office, or GST registration. This notice supplements the contractual terms for India and applies to the India website, demo requests, merchant accounts, point-of-sale applications, and related support channels.

India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 have phased commencement dates. We apply this notice as those provisions take effect and will update it when a legal or operational change requires it.

1Who decides how data is used

TajerGo decides why and how personal data is used for website visitors, sales leads, merchants, account users, billing, security, and support. For personal data that a merchant enters about its staff, customers, suppliers, or other people, the merchant normally decides the purpose and TajerGo processes the data to provide the contracted Services.

Merchants remain responsible for giving their own notices and having a valid reason to enter another person's data into TajerGo.

2Personal data we collect

  • Website and lead data: name, business name, email, phone number, city, industry, requested demo time, form source, consent record, and limited device, security, and attribution data.
  • Account and user data: business details, account contacts, user names, work email or phone, role, branch access, authentication, and audit records.
  • Merchant operations: orders, invoices, products, inventory, suppliers, uploaded documents, reports, and records a merchant chooses to enter.
  • Merchant customer data: contact, order, loyalty, credit-ledger, and digital-receipt details entered by a merchant.
  • Support and security: messages, diagnostic details, IP address, access events, approval records, and fraud or abuse signals.
  • Payment data: billing status and processor references. TajerGo does not store full card numbers.

3Why we process personal data

  • Respond to a demo, contact, trial, or account request.
  • Create, authenticate, support, and secure merchant accounts.
  • Provide POS, inventory, reporting, document, billing, and support functions requested by a merchant.
  • Prevent fraud, investigate misuse, maintain audit records, and meet legal duties.
  • Measure website use when optional analytics consent is given.
  • Send marketing only where the required permission exists, with a way to stop future messages.

5Service providers and recipients

We use providers only for defined operational purposes. Current categories include:

  • Cloudflare for website delivery and security.
  • Render for application hosting and cache services in Germany.
  • Supabase and Amazon Web Services for database and file storage in Mumbai, India.
  • Google Cloud for document extraction and AI-assisted processing on global infrastructure.
  • Stripe for payment processing, Resend for email, and Zoho Meeting or Calendly for requested demos.
  • Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity only after optional analytics consent.

We may also disclose data when required by law, to protect the Services, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate confidentiality controls. We do not sell or rent personal data.

6Processing outside India

TajerGo operates from the UAE and uses providers in India, the European Union, the United States, and global cloud locations. Personal data may therefore be processed outside India. We use contractual, access, and security controls and will follow any transfer restriction notified under applicable Indian law.

7How long we keep data

We keep data only for the purpose described, the active customer relationship, security, dispute, audit, backup, and legal-retention needs. Lead records that do not become customer accounts are reviewed under the sales-retention schedule. Merchant operational and tax records follow the contract and applicable legal retention requirements.

When retention ends, data is deleted or anonymised, subject to backup expiry and legal holds.

8Security and breach response

We use role and branch access controls, tenant isolation, encryption where supported, logging, backups, and incident response measures appropriate to the Services. If a personal data breach requires notice under applicable Indian law, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected people in the required form and timeframe.

9Access, correction, erasure, and grievance requests

Subject to the law in force and relevant exceptions, you may ask for a summary of personal data being processed, correction or completion, erasure, and grievance redressal. Where the applicable DPDP provision is in force, you may also nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.

Send the request from the email or phone associated with your record. We may verify identity before acting. For data controlled by a merchant, contact that merchant first; TajerGo will support the merchant's verified request.

10Children's data

TajerGo is a business service and is not directed to children. Merchants must not use the Services to profile, track, or target advertising to children. Where applicable law requires verifiable parental consent before processing a child's data, the merchant must obtain it and TajerGo will apply the required product controls.
