GST Billing Software for Restaurants in India

Free plan, ₹0. No card needed.

India AI Report Builder and report library with branch scope and GST-labelled prompts
In shortTajerGo is restaurant billing software that records the GST fields an Indian invoice carries: GSTIN records by state and branch, HSN/SAC-ready tax profiles, and CGST, SGST or IGST component snapshots in rupees. That is product support, not legal certification. Free plan at ₹0.

A GST question at month end starts at the counter

TajerGo records the tax components on the sale as it happens, so the month-end question is a report rather than a reconstruction. A restaurant that bills first and sorts the tax afterwards matches receipts to registrations by hand, outlet by outlet, and a wrong place of supply or a missing registration on one branch only surfaces once the return is being prepared.

The invoice, the ledger and the report describe one sale

Reports & profit intelligence

A daily owner brief shows sales, cost, variance and profit without opening a spreadsheet.

Supplier invoice agent

Upload a supplier invoice and review the prepared item matches before approved posting.

Inventory & recipe costing

Every sale deducts ingredients by recipe, so food cost and wastage stay visible daily.

Shift close & cash control

Close every shift with a cash count, variance flag and a clean handover record.

Offline mode

Supported offline sales can queue locally and sync when connectivity returns.

TajerGo prices GST-capable billing per active branch in rupees

TajerGo bills and reports in rupees and charges per active branch, so a second outlet with its own state registration sits on the same plan as the first. Free plan at ₹0. Paid plans from ₹2,299 per active branch per month. Annual billing gives two months free. One Business Account carries one plan across every active branch and one billing relationship. India workspaces support branch GST registrations and GST component records, subject to merchant setup and qualified tax review.

The product stores registrations by state and branch

TajerGo holds the registration against the outlet it belongs to, so a group trading in more than one state does not keep a single number for everything. TajerGo supports GSTIN records by state and branch, HSN/SAC-ready tax profiles, and CGST, SGST or IGST component snapshots in rupees. That is product support, not legal certification: the merchant and a qualified Indian tax adviser must validate rates, registrations, place of supply and invoice wording before live use.

Tax components are recorded on the sale, not added later

TajerGo turns the order, the payment and the receipt detail into one record at the counter, and the tax components belong to that record rather than to a later adjustment. The counter records cash, card, wallet, customer credit and online payments against the order. There is no UPI app integration today, so a UPI collection is logged against the sale rather than captured automatically, and the payment reference is kept against the order.

Purchases carry their own trail

TajerGo holds a supplier invoice for review before anything reaches stock: upload it and check the prepared item matches first. Purchase orders, what physically arrived, and the invoice are reconciled against each other, and recorded prices build a history so a rate rise is visible at the moment of buying rather than inside a monthly total. The published monthly allowance runs from 10 supplier invoice scans on Free to 20 on Starter and 150 on Growth at ₹6,999 per active branch each month.

Reporting answers the questions an adviser asks

TajerGo reports sales, cost and tax components in rupees. Growth adds advanced analytics, exports and supplier intelligence, and Scale adds the Report Builder and API access at ₹20,999 per active branch each month. The daily owner brief names yesterday's sales, cost, variance and what needs attention, so the figures an adviser asks for come from records the counter already produced. The review and sign-off remain the work of the merchant and a qualified Indian tax adviser.

What TajerGo India does not offer today

Four things to check before choosing TajerGo for GST billing. None of them is on a committed date.

No UPI app integration
UPI can be recorded as its own tender with the payment reference kept against the order. TajerGo does not currently connect to a UPI payment gateway or initiate the customer payment.
English-only interface
English only today. For a high-turnover counter team this is worth testing during the demo.
Delivery integrations are not live
Delivery-platform integrations are coming soon, not live today. Platforms, launch dates, sync scope and pricing are not yet confirmed.
The contracting entity is in the UAE
TajerGo is operated from Abu Dhabi and serves India cross-border with no Indian entity. There is no Indian company, subsidiary or registered office, and your agreement is with the UAE company.
