Restaurant Billing Software in India

Free plan, ₹0. No card needed.

Illustrative India restaurant POS with menu, basket and rupee totals
In shortTajerGo is restaurant billing software for Indian operators, priced per active branch in rupees. It bills the counter, sends KOT tickets to the kitchen screen, deducts stock by recipe, records GST components against the sale, and keeps udhaar in a ledger that ages. Free plan at ₹0.

Billing alone does not show where the margin went

TajerGo keeps billing, stock, purchasing and customer credit on one record, so a margin leak shows the same day. An Indian restaurant can run full covers all evening and still lose the margin to unmeasured portions, supplier rates that creep up quietly, and regulars who settle later. When billing sits in one package, stock in a spreadsheet and udhaar in a diary, nobody can say which of the three took the money until the month closes.

One system runs the counter, the kitchen and the stockroom

Kitchen Display System

Orders fire to the kitchen screen the moment they ring up. No paper tickets lost at peak.

Inventory & recipe costing

Every sale deducts ingredients by recipe, so food cost and wastage stay visible daily.

Khata credit ledger

Track who owes what, age the balances, and recover credit before it turns into a loss.

Supplier invoice agent

Upload a supplier invoice and review the prepared item matches before approved posting.

Reports & profit intelligence

A daily owner brief shows sales, cost, variance and profit without opening a spreadsheet.

Shift close & cash control

Close every shift with a cash count, variance flag and a clean handover record.

Offline mode

Supported offline sales can queue locally and sync when connectivity returns.

TajerGo prices every active branch in rupees

TajerGo bills in rupees, reports in rupees and charges per active branch, so one dining room and a group of outlets sit on the same commercial model. Free plan at ₹0. Paid plans from ₹2,299 per active branch per month. Annual billing gives two months free. One Business Account carries one plan across every active branch and one billing relationship, so opening an outlet does not start a second subscription. India workspaces support branch GST registrations and GST component records, subject to merchant setup and qualified tax review.

The counter records the sale once

TajerGo turns the order, the payment, the shift and the receipt detail into one record at the counter, so nothing is typed again later. Repeat items and quick modifiers sit on the order screen where a busy till needs them, and supported offline sales queue locally and sync once the connection returns. The counter records cash, card, wallet, customer credit and online payments against the order. There is no UPI app integration today, so a UPI collection is logged against the sale rather than captured automatically.

KOT tickets reach the kitchen without paper

TajerGo fires every order to the kitchen display the moment it rings up, so the line works from one queue instead of a spike of paper tickets. The preparation queue moves without re-entry, and the ticket carries the item and its preparation stage rather than a handwritten slip that can go missing at peak. Delivery orders keyed in at the counter join the same queue. TajerGo does not connect to Swiggy, Zomato or other aggregators today; orders from those apps are entered at the counter.

Recipes turn every sale into a stock movement

TajerGo deducts ingredients by recipe on every sale, so a biryani sold moves rice, meat and masala out of stock automatically. Theoretical usage sits next to what you actually counted, and the gap between them is the conversation to have with the kitchen this week rather than a surprise at month end. Wastage is recorded separately from sales, which is what separates a portioning problem from a purchasing problem.

Supplier prices are reviewed before they post

TajerGo holds a supplier invoice for review before anything reaches stock: upload it and check the prepared item matches first. Purchase orders, what physically arrived, and the invoice are reconciled against each other, and recorded prices build a history, so a rate rise is visible at the moment of buying rather than inside a monthly total. The published monthly allowance runs from 10 supplier invoice scans on Free to 20 on Starter and 150 on Growth, with no published scan cap on Scale at ₹20,999 per active branch each month.

Udhaar and GST records sit on the same trail

TajerGo records credit given to regulars and corporate accounts against the customer, ages it by how long it has been outstanding, and scores it so the balances most at risk of going bad surface first. Statements and payment links go out without anyone rebuilding a ledger by hand. The tax side of that same sale is recorded with it. TajerGo supports GSTIN records by state and branch, HSN/SAC-ready tax profiles, and CGST, SGST or IGST component snapshots in rupees. That is product support, not legal certification: the merchant and a qualified Indian tax adviser must validate rates, registrations, place of supply and invoice wording before live use.

What TajerGo India does not offer today

Four things a restaurant in India should check before choosing TajerGo. None of them is on a committed date.

No UPI app integration
UPI can be recorded as its own tender with the payment reference retained against the order. TajerGo does not currently connect to a UPI payment gateway or initiate the customer payment.
English-only interface
The interface and printed receipts are English today. If a local-language counter matters for your floor staff, raise it in the demo so we can be honest about fit.
Delivery integrations are not live
Delivery-platform integrations are coming soon, not live today. Platforms, launch dates, sync scope and pricing are not yet confirmed.
The contracting entity is in the UAE
TajerGo AI Technologies LLC in Abu Dhabi operates the product and serves India cross-border; it has no Indian entity. There is no Indian entity or registered office; the contract is with the UAE company.

Restaurant billing software in India, common questions

It is the system a restaurant bills from, and in TajerGo the bill is the start of the record rather than the end of it. The same order raises the kitchen ticket, deducts ingredients by recipe, records the GST components and, when the customer pays later, opens a udhaar balance.
