KOT and kitchen display
KOT on a kitchen screen instead of a handwritten slip
Every order raises its KOT the moment it is billed and lands on the kitchen display with modifiers, notes and an elapsed timer. Cooks bump a ticket when it is ready and recall it if they bumped too early. The kitchen display is part of the Starter plan.

Step by step
How it works
The bill raises the KOT
The item, quantity and modifiers the cashier keyed are exactly what the kitchen reads. No runner, no smudged slip.
Kitchen display, Restaurants & cafés Tickets split by station
Tandoor, curry and cold line see their own items, each with the table or parcel number.
Kitchen display, Restaurants & cafés Timers show what is running late
Elapsed time turns red past its target, so the pass knows which table to chase.
Kitchen display, Restaurants & cafés Bump when ready, recall if needed
A bumped ticket leaves the screen; recall brings back the last one without re-entering it.
