Khata Aging Calculator (UAE)
See how much customer credit is overdue, and for how long. Enter each balance and its days outstanding to get an aging breakdown in AED across five buckets: current, 1-30, 31-60, 61-90 and 90-plus days. Balances over 60 days are flagged at risk.
How to use it
- Add each outstanding customer balance in AED.
- Enter how many days each balance has been outstanding.
- Read the aging buckets and chase balances over 60 days first.
What the result means
Chase the oldest balance first
Each balance lands in a bucket by how many days it has been owed. The older the bucket, the harder the money is to recover, so the at-risk total (61 days and over) is the list to work through first. Use real days outstanding, not the date of the last reminder.

Questions
Common questions
Aging groups outstanding customer credit by how overdue it is: current, 1-30, 31-60, 61-90 and 90-plus days. Older buckets are harder to recover, so they need attention first.
