TajerGo gives UAE flower and chocolate shops their own online store in English and Arabic, joined to the POS. A paid web order arrives as a POS order with stock deducted and a receipt ready, and a delivery slot can never be sold twice.

A buyer filters your shop by occasion, picks a bouquet or a box of pralines, chooses pickup or delivery and pays. Walk-in customers get the same options at the till.
Each delivery window has a capacity. When it fills, it closes to new orders, so the Valentine morning rush never becomes a list of apologies.
The order shows on the day book as Scheduled, then Preparing. Stems, wrap and ribbon come off stock as the bouquet is assembled.
Assign one of your own couriers, print the driver slip with the address and card message, and mark it Picked up when it leaves.
The buyer opens a tracking link that moves from Booked to Being made, Ready, Picked up and Delivered. Your team sees the same status in the order book.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a separate website builder for the online store?
No. The online store is part of TajerGo and reads the same catalogue, prices and stock as your POS. You publish the products you want to sell online and share the shop link.
Where does the money from online orders go?
Buyers pay on a secure Stripe checkout page connected to your own Stripe account. TajerGo never sees the card details, and the order is created only once the payment is confirmed.
Can two buyers book the last Valentine morning slot at the same time?
No. A slot is held while a buyer is on the payment page and counts against its capacity. If the window fills in the meantime, the next buyer is asked to pick another time.
Is the shop available in Arabic?
Yes. Buyers can switch the online store between English and Arabic, and the POS and Admin work in both languages too.
Does TajerGo work for a shop that only sells chocolates?
Yes. Chocolate shops use the same tools: boxes as fixed items, pralines by weight, gift cards with messages and delivery slots for corporate and personal orders.
