VAT invoices
VAT receipts on every counter and online gift order
Counter sales and online store orders get receipts with your TRN, and both are taxed by the same engine, so the amount a web buyer pays already covers the VAT on the order. VAT reports then cover both channels together. FTA e-invoicing is on the roadmap.
Step by step
How it works
Set your TRN and tax rates
Enter your TRN once and choose the tax rate for each product. Delivery fees can carry VAT too.
A receipt with the shop TRN and a QR code. Counter receipts
Each till sale prints a receipt with your TRN and the VAT shown.
A receipt with TRN and QR code. Online orders, taxed the same way
The web checkout works out VAT with the same rules as the till before the buyer pays, and the posted order carries it.
An online order arriving in the POS with its receipt ready. File from one report
The VAT report covers counter and online sales for the period.
A receipt with the shop TRN and a QR code.
