A waiter or cashier builds the order with modifiers and a kitchen note, for a table, the counter or takeaway, and confirms it.
The ticket lands on the kitchen display with its table, modifiers and notes. The line accepts it, cooks and marks it finished.
Each dish sold draws its ingredients from stock, so low lines surface on the inventory dashboard during service, not at month end.
Purchase orders go to suppliers, deliveries are received against them, and the supplier invoice is checked before anyone pays it.
Sales, gross profit, payment mix and the busiest hour, for one branch or all of them, from the same sales record.

Does TajerGo keep selling when the internet drops?
Supported till workflows keep working offline. Eligible orders queue on the device and sync when the connection returns. Some workflows need a live connection, so we check yours during setup.
Can TajerGo connect to my accounting software?
Yes. TajerGo connects to QuickBooks and Zoho Books, so sales and supplier bills reach your books without retyping.
Does TajerGo take Talabat orders?
Talabat menu sync is in beta on the Growth plan, and channel orders are imported for review. Other delivery apps are coming and are not live today.
What hardware does a restaurant need?
A till or tablet at each counter, kitchen screens at the stations, a receipt printer and a card terminal. We confirm each device and payment terminal with you before you buy. Self-serve setup is free; assisted setup and go-live support are agreed in writing.
