Stock for stems that wilt and chocolates that melt

TajerGo keeps stem and chocolate stock per branch, takes components off as bouquets and boxes sell, and records wastage when flowers pass their best. Imported stock can carry its landed cost, and supplier purchase orders keep the cold room filled.

Step by step

How it works

  1. Receive the morning delivery

Check stems and boxes in against the supplier order. Add freight and duty on imported flowers so their real cost is known.

Stems on hand per bucket in the cold room, with wastage recorded.
  2. Sales take stock off

Every bouquet sold removes its stems, wrap and ribbon. Loose stems and weighed chocolates leave in their own units.

A bouquet sale removing its components from stock.
  3. Record what did not sell

Write off wilted stems and damaged chocolates as wastage with a reason, so the loss is visible and not hidden in the margin.

Wastage recorded against the cold room stock.
  4. Reorder from your suppliers

Raise purchase orders to your growers and chocolate suppliers from the stock screen, and receive them against the order.

Stems on hand per bucket in the cold room, with wastage recorded.

Frequently asked questions

How do I handle flowers that die before they sell?

Record them as wastage. Stock drops and the cost appears in your wastage reports instead of quietly lowering your margin.

Can I track the cost of imported flowers?

Yes. Add freight and duty as landed cost when you receive them.

Does online selling share the same stock?

Yes. The online store and the counter sell from one stock record.
