TajerGo lists kitchen display alongside refunds and returns in the published Starter plan. Paid plans from AED 99 per active branch per month, before VAT. Free plan at AED 0.
Starter is AED 99 per active branch each month or AED 990 per active branch billed annually. Growth is AED 299 monthly or AED 2,990 annually and adds Business DNA, Customer DNA, Ghost Inventory and advanced analytics, exports and supplier intelligence. Scale is AED 899 monthly or AED 8,990 annually and adds API access and the Report Builder. Enterprise is scoped per group. On every paid tier the annual figure is exactly ten times the monthly figure.
One plan applies across all active branches on the Business Account, billed on a single subscription and invoice, so a second kitchen screen inside the same branch does not change the plan and a second branch is billed on the same tier as the first. A counter that draws on an existing active branch inventory is priced as a shared-inventory kiosk add-on at an AED 99 minimum or AED 16 per active day, whichever is higher, while a location needing independent inventory, purchasing or branch reporting is an active branch on the Business Account plan. Confirm the plan, add-ons and device count in the written quote before purchase.
One recorded order produces the kitchen ticket and the receipt
TajerGo builds the kitchen ticket and the printed receipt from the same recorded order. Station routing, preparation notes and order age come from that record, and so do the tax fields on the customer copy.
Configured thermal receipts can show the business TRN, VAT fields and a selected invoice label, with the 5% rate and the VAT amount shown in AED. Receipt labels, rates and totals depend on merchant settings and transaction data, and a qualified UAE tax adviser should validate the final receipt and filing setup.
When offline mode is enabled, eligible new cash or wallet orders can be stored locally and synchronized after reconnection. Some workflows need a live connection, so test the kitchen routing you intend to rely on during the walkthrough rather than assuming it. TajerGo publishes an emirate page for Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah, plus a separate page for Al Ain, and the kitchen display configuration is the same work in each of them.
