For Sharjah operators
TajerGo scales by branch with AED pricing, TRN receipts, Arabic or English, a Khata udhaar ledger and offline selling. That covers a single cafeteria in Al Nahda through a group across Al Majaz and Muwailih.
Sharjah trade leans on the account customer. A cafeteria supplying an office floor, a karak counter carrying a regular through to payday and a restaurant invoicing a contractor monthly are all running a ledger, and that ledger is what decides whether a busy month turns into collected cash. TajerGo records the credit sale, the repayment and the balance on the same system that printed the receipt, so the account is not reconstructed from a notebook at month end.

The Khata ledger ages every unpaid balance into four buckets
TajerGo groups outstanding credit by how long it has been owed. The Khata Aging Report breaks recorded balances into 0 to 30, 31 to 60, 61 to 90 and 90-plus days overdue, so a manager can see which money is recent and recoverable and which is drifting towards write-off.
Each Khata customer carries a configured credit limit, a record of every credit sale and a record of every repayment, all tied to the same order that produced the VAT receipt. When an account is marked for review, staff can prioritise follow-up by bucket rather than by whoever complained loudest. If a supported messaging provider is configured, a repayment reminder can be prepared or scheduled; delivery and repayment outcomes are not guaranteed and depend on provider availability, customer consent and the merchant's own follow-up process.
The business decides who may approve credit, records every sale and repayment, reviews the aging and obtains professional advice where required. TajerGo supports the operational record and does not provide legal advice.
Two Sharjah branches sit on one plan and one invoice
TajerGo bills every active branch on the same Business Account plan, with one subscription and one invoice. Paid plans from AED 99 per active branch per month, before VAT. Free plan at AED 0.
Work an example. A cafeteria in Al Nahda and a second unit in Muwailih both run on Starter at AED 99 per active branch each month, which is AED 198 a month across the two, or AED 1,980 a year if both are billed annually at AED 990 each. Because annual is exactly ten times monthly on every paid tier, the annual choice is two months of the monthly price, not a discount that has to be negotiated. Moving both branches to Growth at AED 299 raises the monthly total to AED 598 and lifts the supplier invoice scan allowance from 20 to 150 a month per the published plan, while adding Business DNA, Customer DNA and Ghost Inventory.
A serving counter that draws on an existing active branch inventory is a shared-inventory kiosk add-on at an AED 99 minimum or AED 16 per active day, whichever is higher. A unit that needs independent inventory, purchasing or branch reporting is an active branch on the Business Account plan. Confirm the branch count, the add-ons and the plan in the written quote before purchase.
