Know the plate cost before the app takes its cut

A delivery dish has to cover the app commission, the ingredients and the packaging before it earns anything. TajerGo costs each dish from its recipe and keeps the commission recorded on the order, so a cloud kitchen can set brand prices on what is left, not on the menu price.

Step by step

How it works

  1. Write the recipe once

Ingredients, quantities and units per dish, including nested recipes for sauces and bases made in-house.

Three brand menus built on one shared recipe.
  2. The cost follows the purchase price

The plate cost uses what you pay your suppliers, so it moves when ingredient prices move.

Sales, stock, suppliers and profit on one record.
  3. Put the commission beside it

The commission recorded on delivery orders sits next to the plate cost, per brand and channel.

The channel stays on every order, next to its commission.
  4. Price each brand on what is left

Decide menu prices per brand knowing what one order leaves after the app, the food and the box.

What one delivery order leaves after the app, the food and the box.

What you can do

  • Recipes and nested prep

Dishes built from ingredients and from prepared bases.

  • Plate cost per dish

Calculated from the recipe and current ingredient cost.

  • Unit conversion

Buy by the case or the sack, cook by the gram: units convert inside the recipe.

  • Commission beside cost

Recorded commission and plate cost read together in reports.

Frequently asked questions

Can the same recipe be sold under two brands at different prices?

Yes. The recipe and its cost stay the same, and each brand menu sets its own price.

Where does the commission figure come from?

From the commission recorded on each delivery order. Your own rates are used, never an assumed percentage.

Does the plate cost change when a supplier raises a price?

Yes. The plate cost uses the ingredient cost from your purchasing, so a new supplier price flows into every brand dish that uses it.
