Data Processing

The merchant decides why and how end-customer and merchant business data is used inside its account. TajerGo processes that data to provide the contracted Services and acts on the merchant's documented instructions, subject to applicable law.

• Account, user, branch, role and configuration data
• Orders, payments, invoices, inventory, supplier and reporting records
• Customer contact, loyalty and credit records entered by the merchant
• Uploaded business documents and images
• Security, access, approval and audit records

TajerGo processes merchant data to provide, secure, support and maintain the Services. Access is limited by authenticated Business Account, branch, role and capability context. Merchant agents use controlled TajerGo tools and do not receive direct database access.

TajerGo applies technical and organizational measures appropriate to the Service, including access controls, encryption where supported, logging, backups, incident handling and staff confidentiality obligations. The exact controls and shared responsibilities are documented during contracting and security review.

TajerGo uses service providers for hosting, storage, document text extraction, AI-assisted processing, payment processing, email, analytics and security. The Privacy Policy identifies the current categories, purposes and processing locations. Contractual and other appropriate safeguards are used where personal data is transferred across borders.

TajerGo supports merchants in responding to applicable data-subject requests. At the end of the Services, data return and deletion follow the customer agreement, legal retention duties, security requirements and backup lifecycle.
