Can I pay monthly?+
Yes. Monthly billing is available for Starter, Growth and Scale. Annual billing is optional and provides two months free compared with paying monthly for twelve months.
Is there a trial?+
Starter, Growth and Scale are planned with a 14-day trial. TajerGo Free can be used as the starting point without a paid trial.
What happens when I need another branch?+
Your Business Account keeps one plan tier. Each additional active branch uses that same plan rate and is added to the same subscription and invoice.
Is there a separate account or branch activation fee?+
No. The displayed plan price applies once per active branch. There is no recurring account fee and no second branch checkout.
What if I operate two separate legal businesses?+
Create a separate Business Account for each independently billed business. The same user can access both, but each Business Account keeps its own plan and billing relationship.
How is a shared-inventory kiosk priced?+
A kiosk using an existing active branch inventory is an optional add-on with an AED 99 minimum or AED 16 per active day, whichever is higher. A location needing independent inventory, purchasing or branch reporting is billed as an active branch on the Business Account plan.
How much is the Procurement Agent?+
The Procurement Agent is an optional AED 1,499 per month Business-wide component. It uses the same Business Account billing relationship and keeps purchasing actions behind permissions and approval.
Are supplier invoice limits daily?+
No. The included volume is measured monthly because restaurant purchasing activity can be uneven across the month.
Are hardware and implementation included?+
Hardware, migration, training and implementation depend on the restaurant setup. TajerGo confirms these separately before onboarding starts.
Can I add the Procurement Agent?+
Yes. The Procurement Agent is an optional AED 1,499 per month Business-wide component. It is not bundled into a plan and uses the same Business Account billing relationship.
