One stock record for every brand in the kitchen

In a cloud kitchen three brands can sell from the same crate of chicken. TajerGo keeps one stock record per kitchen: sales take ingredients through recipes, zero-stock items are flagged, and wastage and counts are recorded from the same screen. Stock counts with variance review are on the Growth plan.

Step by step

How it works

  1. Sales take their ingredients

A brand dish sells, and its recipe takes the ingredients from the kitchen stock that every brand shares.

Brand orders draw ingredients from one shared stock record.
  2. Zero stock is flagged

Items at zero are counted and flagged, with whether each item may still be sold.

Stock levels by item, with a low item flagged.
  3. Wastage and counts in one place

Record wastage with its reason and start a stock count from the same inventory screen.

  4. Move stock between kitchens

Transfer ingredients from one kitchen to another with a record of what moved, instead of buying twice.

A stock transfer between two kitchens that report into one owner view.

Frequently asked questions

Do my brands each need their own stock?

No. Stock belongs to the kitchen. Each brand dish takes its ingredients from that one record through its recipe.

How accurate will the stock be?

As accurate as the recipes, the receiving and the wastage your team records, checked by regular counts.

Which plan includes stock counts with variance review?

Growth and above. Basic inventory, wastage and transfers are available on lower plans.
